About our service
Karibu eSIM provides access to eSIM data plans fulfilled by third-party network operators and suppliers around the world. We are the commercial and support interface between you and those carriers. We work with reputable partners to deliver the best available connectivity in each destination — but we are not the carrier ourselves.
Coverage and network performance
Mobile connectivity is inherently variable. Coverage, speed, latency, and reliability depend on factors outside our control, including:
- Local network infrastructure — coverage in cities differs significantly from rural areas, national parks, and wilderness regions
- Carrier decisions — throttling, fair-use policies, and network prioritization are set by local carriers, not by us
- Your device — eSIM performance varies by device model, OS version, and hardware capabilities
- Physical environment — signal can be affected by buildings, terrain, weather, and network congestion
- Local regulations — some countries restrict certain services or applications on mobile networks
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or minimum-speed connectivity in any specific location. Coverage maps and plan descriptions represent the best available information from our network partners at the time of publication and may not reflect real-time conditions.
Device compatibility
You are responsible for confirming that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchasing. Not all devices support eSIM technology. Some devices that technically support eSIM may be restricted by carrier lock policies. If you are unsure, email us at support@karibuesim.com before you buy — we will check for you at no charge.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific plan or transaction giving rise to that claim.
