Karibu eSIM is built for travelers, remote workers, and global businesses who need reliable connectivity. This policy defines how our services may and may not be used. It applies to all users, referral partners, and resellers.
What you may use Karibu eSIM for
- Personal travel data connectivity in supported destinations
- Business travel and remote work connectivity
- Purchasing plans as gifts for other travelers
- Referring others through our official referral program
- Reselling plans through our approved partner program where applicable
What you may not do
Illegal activity
- Use Karibu eSIM services for any purpose that is unlawful in your country or the destination country
- Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
- Submit false identity documents for KYC verification
- Use the service to facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, or any sanctioned activity
Platform abuse
- Attempt to bypass, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of our platform or infrastructure
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, overload, or manipulate our systems
- Interfere with the security or availability of the service for other users
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours
Promotion and wallet abuse
- Create multiple accounts to claim cashback or referral rewards more than once
- Refer yourself using secondary accounts or fictitious identities
- File chargebacks on transactions that were correctly fulfilled
- Exploit pricing errors, technical glitches, or promotional codes in bad faith
Conduct toward our team
- Send abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory messages to our support staff
- Make false or malicious public statements about Karibu eSIM designed to cause harm
Reselling
- Resell Karibu eSIM plans in a way that misleads customers about who they are purchasing from
- Resell at prices or with terms that violate applicable consumer protection laws
- Operate as a reseller without entering into a formal partner agreement with Karibu eSIM
Consequences of violations
If we determine that you have violated this policy, we may take any of the following actions depending on the severity:
- Issue a warning and request corrective action
- Suspend or permanently terminate your account
- Cancel any pending or future referral rewards or wallet credits
- Report the activity to relevant legal or regulatory authorities
